  1. Campaign Sponsors
    TThese Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") apply to the redemption offer (the "Offer") made available by Club Canela (operated by Canela Media, Inc., the "Sponsor").
  1. Offer Period:
    The Offer will be available to eligible members of the Club Canela loyalty program between April 22, 2026 and December 31, 2026, inclusive (the "Offer Period"). Redemptions must be submitted during this period to qualify.
  1. Eligibility:
    a) TThe Offer is available only to active Club Canela members ("Members") in good standing.
    b) Limit one (1) account per person; accounts are non-transferable.
    c) Employees of Canela.TV, the Partner, their affiliates, agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible (unless otherwise permitted by law). The Offer is only open to residents of the United States of America. Participation from outside the U.S. is void.
    d) By participating, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  1. Redemption Mechanics:
    a) During the Offer Period, a Member may redeem 300 (three hundred) points from their Club Canela points balance in exchange for receiving aCanela.TV Tote Bag (the "Reward") as described on the Club Canela platform. Each Member may redeem the Reward only once.
    b)Each Member is limited to one (1) redemption of this Offer. Multiple redemptions are not permitted, regardless of available points.
    c) Upon redemption, points will be automatically deducted from the Member’s account.
    d) After redemption, the Member will receive a confirmation email with details regarding the Reward and its shipping status.
    e) The Offer is available on a “while supplies last” basis. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer if inventory is exhausted.
  1. Points Deduction and Validity:
    a)Points will be deducted at the time of redemption.
    b) PAll redemptions are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
    c) Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  1. Reward Fulfillment & Shipping:
    a) The Reward consists of a Canela.TV Tote Bag only.
    b) Sponsor (or its designated fulfillment provider) will handle shipping of the Reward.
    c) Delivery timelines may vary depending on availability and shipping location.
    d) Sponsor is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
    e)Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sponsor is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  1. Reward Conditions:
    a) The Reward is provided as-is, with no warranties or guarantees.
    b) No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
    c) The Reward is intended for personal use only and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes..
  1. General Terms:
    a) Canela.TV and the Partner reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Offer (including these Terms) at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to technical problems, fraud or inventory limitations.
    b) The Offer is void where prohibited by law.
    c) The Member indemnifies and holds harmless Canela Media, Inc. and the Partner (and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents) from and against any and all claims, losses or damages arising out of participation in the Offer or use of the Reward
  1. Limitation of Liability:
    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Canela.TV nor the Partner will be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising out of the Offer, the endorsement, acceptance, possession or use of the Reward, or any technical or other malfunction.
  1. Privacy:
    Participation in the Offer requires your personal information (e.g. email address, account details) in order to issue the Code. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Canela Media, Inc. (and their authorized agents) for those purposes and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
    By redeeming your points you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
  1. Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Offer, Member agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or the Reward, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Member; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Member be permitted to obtain awards for, and Member hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Member's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Offer), and Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
  1. Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Member in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of New York, USA.
